We have a broad range of consultancy services that we offer in the area of academic research, innovation services and organizational management:

Business development: Development of the business idea, marketing strategy and distribution channels in eHealth and mobile tech ventures. We have been there ourselves. Code and me has previously been a production company that focused around in-house design and development of mobile applications. During our first two years, our team has developed apps like the iPad game Ninja Fingers and the iPhone app HairFashion and Bar Flamingo.

Leadership and management support: Maybe you are a entrepreneur with a great idea for a mobile ehealth venture that needs advice about different business models, designing a great user interface or raising venture capital. All of us at Code and me have extensive experience in change management and leadership, both operative and strategic levels. We made some good choices but also many bad choices, and that’s why we think that we can help you and your team in becoming more focused and successful in building your venture.

Clinical research design and management: Study design and management of eHealth and mobile tech trial in both randomized clinical trials (RCT) and quasi-experimental design. We have experience in designing and executing both RCT and controlled trials in medicine and social sciences.

Project support and evaluation: Evaluation methods in both quantitative ( statistical methods, quantitative content analysis ) and qualitative evaluations methods ( structural analysis, hermeneutics and observational method).
